The Bill (Reg. No.2438) introduces amendments to the Code of Laws on Labour of Ukraine, the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, and the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" in order to coordinate the said acts with the Law "On International Privacy Law".
Implementation of the Bill "will create a coordinated mechanism of realization of social privacy law relations characterized by a foreign element, as well as enhance regulations of the legislative acts of Ukraine appertaining to the international privacy law".
